Here’s how training works when you team up with James through the Trainer Fu app. Your plan is built for you, reviewed regularly, and updated as you go.

STEP 1

Start with a personal consultation.

James will ask about your goals, schedule, fitness level, and background so he can create a plan that starts where you are and moves you forward.

GOAL SETTING

STEP 2

James builds your custom programme with the right mix of exercises, sets, reps, and rest.

You’ll get videos and tips that explain what to do, how to do it, and why it works.

PLAN

DELIVERED

STEP 3

Once you begin training, James checks in  regularly via WhatsApp, or in-app chat.

He’ll fine-tune your plan based on how you’re feeling and the feedback you give along the way.

ONGOING SUPPORT

STEP 4

Use the app to log workouts and track progress.

James keeps an eye on everything and updates your plan as you build strength, confidence, and consistency with each session.
